During the first interview, the tutoring students had poor network signal and were unable to communicate smoothly. Therefore, they were asked to record a self introduction video first and propose improvement methods and interview suggestions based on the video content. From the video, it can be seen that the students have poor communication skills and did not prepare in advance but followed the script while studying. Communicated attitude issues and the parts that need to be covered in the self introduction to the students, and wrote a self introduction document to send to the students for understanding and memorization.
The second interview helped students improve their fluency in self introduction and the content was also more comprehensive. Through the second interview coaching, the students were further introduced to the similarities and differences between their applied major and their undergraduate major, in order to find connections and establish bridges for transition.
The overall situation of the third interview coaching was good, with significant improvement. The students' expressions were fluent and clear, combining their own basic information introduction with academic prospects.
